  4. well !! i must say miss O is right ....it is tassels[glands] not pompoms.typical way of finishing yarns in the victorian/edwardian era and this up to the 30's on smoking jackets and robes .....

    i've got a nice 30's vest made out of a pendelton blanket but i must admit i rarely wear it. unless it's worn with denims it's a hard look to pull for me.prices on that stuff are crazy right now at local flea markets.....

  7. "Menthe blanche" is a graphic designer I studied with… We have similar sense of humor… very private but similar… I like this indian style but does not wear it anymore… I really like it, in its original context only…
